Defendoor T1

 

Cost effective security for low risk properties:
The Defendoor T1 is an economic steel door system which offers a high level of specification for the price.

 

Standard Specification:

 

Available in single or double leaf configuration.
Finished in RAL 7015 as standard

 

Door Leaf:

• Manufactured from 1.2mm zintec steel
• Minimum of 2no. solid steel dog bolts to the hinge side of frame
• Integral anti jemmy strip
• High quality sash lock
• Stainless steel lever handles

 

Door Frame:

• Manufactured from 1.6mm zintec steel
• 90mm single rebated profile
• Minimum of 2no. BS EN 1935.2002 grade 11 stainless steel hinges

• DDA compliant aluminium threshold

 

Optional Items:

• Wide range of hardware and locks
• Vision panels & Louvres
• Powder coating.

 

 

Defendoor T2

 

Advanced security for medium to high risk properties
The Defendoor T2 offers a more advanced level of security than the Defendoor T1 and is certified to LPS 1175 Security Rating 1*. This means the door can withstand an attack using a selection of tools chosen to represent an opportunistic attack with within a maximum test time of 10 minutes.

Standard Specification:

 

Available in single or double leaf configuration
Finished in RAL 7015 as standard

 

Door Leaf:

• Manufactured from 1.2mm Zintec Steel
• Folded 45mm thick leaf with composite Dufaylite honeycomb core
• Integral Anti Jemmy Stip to protect against attack with a crowbar
• Minimum of 7 no. 17.5mm solid steel dog bolts (9 on larger doors)

Door Frame:

• Internal Steel Chassis System for extra strength
• Manufactured from 1.6mm Zintec Steel
• 90mm single rebate profile
• Minimum of 4 high quality stainless steel hinges (BS 1935.2002 grade 13)
• DDA compliant aluminium threshold
• P Seals

 

Finished in RAL 7015 as standard.

 

Optional Items:

Defendoor T1F

 

Four Hour Rated Fire Steel Door:
The Defendoor T1F has been independently tested by Chiltern International Fire to
BS476:Part 22 1987 for a minimum of 4 hours fire resistance

 

Standard Specification:

 

• Fire rated door closer as standard
• Steel casing protects/isolates internal locking mechanism
• Additional welding on corners and seams
• Specialist door infill

• Fire rated weather seals and optional fire resistant glazing*
  *reduces fire resistance to 1 hour

 

Door Leaf:

• Manufactured from 1.2mm galvanised steel (1.6mm option for additional security)
• 4no. solid steel dog bolts to the hinge side of frame.
• Integral anti jemmy strip.

 

Door Frame:

• Manufactured from 1.6mm galvanised steel.
• 90mm single rebated profile.
• Minimum of 4no. BS EN 1935.2002 grade 13 stainless steel hinges.

• DDA compliant aluminium threshold

 

Finished in RAL 7015 as standard.

 

Optional Items:

• Vision panels
• Door leaf thickness
